Wow!!! What a surprise ending!!!

Ok so I definitely did not expect that ending, Readers I guarantee, it will leave you shook!!!

For  thriller fans "Somebody Out There by Kevin Lynch" is worth the read.

Set in Ireland, this novel follows the Higgins family as they seek a new life in the countryside away from the occupational hazards (dangers) of Deborah's Crime Reporting and Ben's busy life in finance. This new life promises safety and a fresh start. Or so they thought.

This was an easy to read story with a very good element of surprise at the end, which is what really makes a good story for me. As I came close to the end I kept asking myself; "Is this it??" and then I said "no this cannot be this obvious" and then , it happened, a surprise. I loved that, it was clever and well done."

The characters in the story were well written making all of them relatable. Jerimiah was very creepy from the very start and like Ben I did not know what to make of him throughout the story. I thought Deborah really represented how a wife would react in that situation because at some points I was agreeing with her. Ben's character was very interesting as you will see when you read the book. This would make a great book club discussion.

I can easily see this book being one of those Lifetime Thriller Movies (I enjoy those).

In all this was a great thriller and I hope to read more from Mr. Lynch.

Thanks to Emma from damppebbles for the opportunity to be a part of this blog tour.
